I have been working with Lite Trac Products based in Holme Fen Nature Reserve for the passed six months. The company has been bought out by a bigger manufacturer in Holland as there are many plans to expand the clientele on the continent. I’ve been working on the new machine, the LTV3000.

I am working with LITE TRAC PRODUCTS, located in the ancient beauty of the Holme Fen National Nature Reserve, Cambridgeshire.

I've been helping them with the drawings of their new machine, the LTV3000.

LITE TRAC PRODUCTS are agricultural engineers.  Director Paul McAvoy established the company in 2004, manufacturing prototype machinery such as Tool Carriers, Spreaders and Sprayers.

The company has recently expanded, merging with a manufacturer in Holland.

Since my last blog, I've worked on projects for Lite-Trac Products, agricultural machinery prototypes.  A boom spreader and a slurry tank for an existing tractor and for the new tractor - Lite-Trac LTV3000.

The new tractor - Lite-Trac LTV3000 has a new chassis, hydraulic suspension and adjustable axles.  I also helped to make the prototype of the cowling and hydraulic tank.

Above is an assembly drawing and section view of the cowling.  Above is a view of the cowling installed in position inside the chassis.
Above are drawing views of the hydraulic tank.  Below is a drawing of the plan view, and the section view of the hydraulic tank when installed in position in the chassis.
This slurry tank project was for an existing tractor.  A 14,500L slurry tank for a farmer in Ireland.
This is my new business card created in Adobe Express.  It's great for all your social media and marketing needs.
Above are the 3D models from the SolidWorks Associate and Professional Practice exams.  CSWA and CSWP Certifications are definitely milestones to acquire.
